On the scheduled pickup, your team neither provided the vehicle nor responded to our repeated calls and messages. This conduct has caused significant inconvenience, financial loss, and reputational damage to our company in front of our client.

In addition, your conduct and communications have caused mental harassment, and we consider your actions to be completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We have records of the booking, payment, call logs, messages, and our client’s confirmation of the events, which will be relied upon if required.

If this matter is not resolved immediately by refunding the amount and addressing the losses caused, we will be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings before the competent authorities.
