Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – Europe FIT Packages

Applies to: All Free Independent Traveler (FIT) packages within Europe.

1. General Conditions

  1. All cancellations must be received in writing via email or letter.
  2. The effective date of cancellation will be the date the written notice is received by our office.
  3. Certain services such as air tickets, rail passes, museum entrances, event tickets, and special experiences are non-refundable once booked, regardless of the cancellation date.
  4. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes or cancellations.
  5. In the event of illness, serious injury, or death of the traveler or an immediate family member, all confirmed services including hotels, tours, transfers, and activities remain 100% non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by the supplier.
  6. Missed or cancelled flights, visa issues, or personal emergencies do not entitle the traveler to any refund for unused services.

2. Cancellation Fees

The following charges apply to cancellations of the entire package:

3. Special Conditions

  • Airline tickets booked through us are subject to the airline’s fare rules and may be non-refundable or subject to additional penalties.
  • Cruises, special events, or seasonal tours may have stricter cancellation terms that override the above schedule.
  • For partial cancellations (e.g., removing a service or passenger), fees will be assessed based on the supplier’s terms.
  • If a traveler cannot join the trip due to illness, death, delayed flights, or visa issues, all unused services will be treated as a no-show and are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 21–30 business days after confirmation from all relevant suppliers.
  • All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and currency used for the booking.
  • Bank charges and foreign exchange differences are the responsibility of the client.
  • No refunds will be made for unused services once travel has commenced.

5. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other events beyond our control, we will make every effort to offer postponement, rebooking, or travel credit options. Cash refunds will only be possible if authorized by our suppliers.

By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the above cancellation terms, including the non-refundable policy in cases of illness, injury, or death.
